St. Giles College
The St. Giles plus Work Experience Programme is designed to give students the opportunity to practise and improve their English both inside the classroom and in the workplace. Through combining an English course at one of our four UK colleges with a period spent working in a company, students benefit from being able to use their English in 2 very different environments. Students first take one of our English courses for a minimum of 4 weeks, followed by a work placement for a minimum of 3 weeks. For both programme length is 7 weeks, there is no maximum placement length. There is no typical work placement, it all depends on the students abilities, the length of the placement and of course their level of English.
